The audit service carries about ninety percent of our professional work in the firm. It is an attest function, which focuses mainly on the examination of the accounting records and the financial statements of the client with a view of expressing an audit opinion on them.

In line with our mission statement, we do not limit the audit examination to the audit report only but we also offer our clients additional services at a very reasonable cost. We provide:

• A management letter report, which embodies the weaknesses observed during the performance of the audit, the consequences of these and the auditor’s suggestions. We also assist and / or facilitate in the implementation of the latter.

• We present our audit report in a meeting of directors of the client to explain the issues and the financial results for the financial report.

• We prepare the books of accounts and financial statements for clients either on a monthly basis or an annual basis for tax purposes. This is done at a retainer fee or once off payments as per arrangements between our firm and the clients. These accounting records are prepared using excel spreadsheets or Pastel accounting software whichever is appropriate and suitable to meet the client’s needs.

• We also prepare Due Diligence reports for potential investors.

• We conduct basic investigations into the mismanagement of funds for our clients.

• Our clients have high level of respect and confidence in our advice because they work for them and these advises are highly knowledge and experience based.

• We prepare tax returns for individuals – directors, managers and employees of companies or organizations

• We also assist our clients in the preparation and submission of Income Tax Returns, VAT, PAYE, Skills Development Levies, Regional Service Council Levies, etc.

• We also structure the salaries of individuals, that its directors, managers and employees.

• We provide certain basic advises to clients about taxation matters.

• We advise our clients on different payment methods to the South African Revenue Service which is most convenient to the client. We also advise on e-filling registration.
